Attempt to suppress black vote in Philadelphia

In an attempt to suppress the African American vote in Philadelphia a flyer is circulating falsely stating that undercover police will be at the polls waiting to arrest anyone with traffic offenses or warrants. What’s really disturbing about this lame attempt to suppress the vote is that is that it assumes most African Americans are criminals or have unpaid parking tickets.
