I agree. He was a monster hiding in plain sight aided by the neglect and dismissal of the Cleveland Police.
I am still at awe as to how a police officer can come the door of a home that is responsible for the stench of an entire neighborhood and not recognize the smell is a dead body.
Do they harbor that much disregard of the citizens of that neighborhood?!!!
