do you think the question was meant in the context of direct payments to individuals and communities or do you feel it was more the way obama answered it…investments, etc.
it was a great response to a question that generates too much rhetoric.
I think many assume that it’s direct payment which i think would be a bad idea. I think Barack answered it in a ay that made ir much more palatable to the masses.
