BET founder Robert Johnson has sent a leader to Comgressman James Clyburn asking him to help reunite the Democratic Party and to help get everyone behind Barack Obama. He has also asked Congressman Clyburn to get the full support of the Congressional Black Caucus for Obama .

Geraldine Ferraro has written a very interesting editorial for The Boston Globe about racism and sexism in the Democratic Primaries. She writes something that if true shows we have a very long way to go with race relations in this country. The statement refers to so called Reagan Democrats. She writes,
“…..They see Obama’s playing the race card throughout the campaign and no one calling him for it as frightening. They’re not upset with Obama because he’s black; they’re upset because they don’t expect to be treated fairly because they’re white….” Read the entire editorial by clicking the link below:

In an interview with Pennsylvania radio station WHYY accused the Obama campaign of playing the race card after the South Carolina Primary. Later on that same day he denied saying any such thing. Listen to the interview and decide for yourself what Bill Clinton said:
