President Obama: Helping all Americans helps Black Americans

Black lawmaker portrayed as Aunt Jemima in newspaper cartoon

A  weekly newspaper in Cleveland called the Call & Post placed a cartoon portraying a black lawmaker Ohio State. Sen. Nina Turner as Aunt Jemima. What’s very dissapointing is that the newspaper is black owned. Read more and see the picture by using the link below:

Why Michael Steele is right about white republicans being scared of blacks

George Cook of www.letstalkhonestly discusses Michael Steele’s recent comment about white republicans being scared of African Americans and why he believes Mr. Steele has a point here. Because of this fear or whatever you want to call it the RNC is missing a huge chance to recruit more African Americans. Ironic when you consider that many black voters are actually very conservative.

Black is Back Coalition says Obama is white power in black face???

Over 200 people gathered for the first public demonstration by African-Americans against the Obama administration since his historic inauguration in January, and slammed the president for continuing what they described as Washington’s “imperialist” agenda around the world, AFP reported on Saturday.

“We recognize that Barack Hussein Obama is white power in black face,” said one protester.

Maxine Waters under ethics investigation

Ten term California Congresswoman Maxine Waters is currently under investigation for ethics violations.

The Ethics Committee said it was investigating whether Waters used her influence to help a bank in which her husband owned stock, and whether the couple benefited as a result.
