Eric Holder being attacked by right wing media for being racially biased???

Right wing media such as Redstate.com and of course that fair and balanced channel are accusing the US Attorney General Eric Holder of being racially biased for dismissing voter-intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party because the defendants were African-American.
