Gov. David Paterson signed legislation Friday that would stop New York City police from storing the names of hundreds of thousands of people who were stopped and frisked without facing charges, calling the practice “not a policy for a democracy.”

Eric Holder being attacked by right wing media for being racially biased???

Right wing media such as Redstate.com and of course that fair and balanced channel are accusing the US Attorney General Eric Holder of being racially biased for dismissing voter-intimidation charges against members of the New Black Panther Party because the defendants were African-American. Ten people were killed and at least 44 others were shot across the city Friday night into early Monday, including a baby girl who suffered a graze wound to the neck
