Lauryn Hill sentencing postponed; singer has two weeks to pay $504k in back taxes

 

She appeared in court for sentencing after failing to report $1.8 million in income to the federal government, but U.S. Magistrate Judge Madeline Cox Arleo postponed it saying that Hill has two weeks to pay $504,000 in back taxes. Everyone including me is quick to bash Hip Hop for all of the negativity it puts out there so I think it’s only right we give it love when it puts positive messages out there.
